These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PakExam (pakexam.com), a competitive exam preparation platform for CSS, PMS, and other Pakistani government examinations. By creating an account, browsing past papers, practicing MCQs, or reading our study guides, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using PakExam immediately. These Terms apply to all users, whether registered or browsing as guests.

Some features on PakExam require a registered account. When creating an account:

• •You must provide accurate and complete registration information (name, email address).
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
• •You must notify us immediately at support@pakexam.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• •You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

Features requiring an account include MCQ practice sessions, progress tracking, and bookmarking past papers.

PakExam is designed for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. You may:

• •Browse and study CSS and PMS past papers with MCQ questions.
• •Practice MCQs and track your preparation progress.
• •Read study guides, blog posts, and educational articles.
• •Share links to PakExam content with fellow exam candidates.

PakExam provides past paper questions, MCQ answer explanations, study guides, and blog articles for educational purposes only. Regarding this content:

• •Past papers: Questions are sourced from official CSS and PMS examinations conducted by FPSC and provincial PSCs. PakExam organizes and digitizes these for study purposes.
• •MCQ answers: Answer keys and explanations are verified by our content team but may not reflect official commission answer keys in every case.
• •Blog content: Study guides and articles are written by our team and content creators. They are intended as supplementary preparation material, not as official exam guidance.
• •Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, always verify critical information (exam dates, eligibility criteria, syllabus changes) directly with FPSC, PPSC, or the relevant commission.

If you find an error in any MCQ answer or content, please report it through our contact page so we can review and correct it.

The PakExam platform, including its design, code, study guides, MCQ explanations, and original blog content, is the intellectual property of PakExam. You may not:

• •Copy, scrape, or bulk-download MCQ databases, past paper collections, or blog content for redistribution.
• •Reproduce PakExam content on other websites, apps, or printed materials without written permission.
• •Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to extract content from PakExam beyond what standard search engine crawlers require.
• •Remove or alter copyright notices, attribution, or branding from PakExam content.

Past paper questions sourced from FPSC, PPSC, and other commissions remain the property of their respective organizations. PakExam's value lies in the digital organization, answer verification, and explanations we provide around these questions.

When using PakExam, you agree not to:

• •Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload PakExam's servers or infrastructure.
• •Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or private information.
• •Submit false bug reports, spam, or misleading content through our contact form.
• •Use PakExam for any purpose that violates Pakistani law or international regulations.
• •Exploit vulnerabilities in our platform rather than responsibly disclosing them.

PakExam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PakExam and its operators shall not be liable for:

• •Exam results or outcomes influenced by studying with PakExam materials.
• •Incorrect MCQ answers that may appear despite our verification process.
• •Outdated exam information, syllabus changes, or scheduling updates not yet reflected on PakExam.
• •Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account if:

• •You violate any provision of these Terms.
• •Your actions negatively impact other users or PakExam's infrastructure.
• •We are required to do so by legal obligation.

You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@pakexam.com. Upon deletion, your personal data and preparation history will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update these Terms as PakExam evolves. When we make changes:

• •The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised.
• •For significant changes, we may notify registered users via email.
• •Continued use of PakExam after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
